It is an honor and a privilege to serve you as Chairman of Arizona Legislative District 19. Together as the republican “Stronghold” district we will stand against the government encroachment upon our citizens right to life, and liberty in the pursuit of happiness, and protect the Constitution of the United States of America and the State of Arizona.

The grassroots foundational party structure is grounded with solid constitutional Republican Precinct Committeemen who are actively engaged.  The always present and accessible representative within our local Southern Arizona precinct communities. The Arizona Legislative District 19 Committee is dedicated to serving the PC membership with the best opportunities for community engagement and, providing excellent educational opportunities to build skills and knowledge. We, the Republican Precinct Committeeman, are the best direct representation of “We the People” representing the Republican voters, by upholding our Republican values, and supporting strong conservative Republican candidates.

The Lord Jesus saved me from disaster in 1981.

• Served as Webmaster and Board member for Mission Portland Christian Singles Network  6 years 2000 -2006

• Benson City Councilman 4 years 2011 - 2014

• Benson Board of Adjustments (Chair) 7 years

• Currently hold Single Engine Land Private Pilot’s License (330 hours) (VFR)

• USPA Master Skydiving License (600+ skydives many awards).  Organized Air Shows, recruited sponsors, skydivers, planes, and filed waivers and liability insurance. Coria graphed air tactics with smoke and flags 10 years

• For 20 years wrote and issued Safe Clearances to linemen to work on High Voltage Power lines, bought and sold electrical energy on the West Coast for various Major Power Companies

• General Contractors licensee in California and Arizona for 30 years building and remodeling homes and commercial properties

• Served in the United States Air Force in Electrical Power Production (Vietnam Era) 1973-1977

• 2 years of college courses in Electrical Engineering / Construction, Calif.

• Leader of  group hikes in the high Sierra Mountains, taught compass navigation, map reading & plant identifications.

• Commercial Fisherman in Pacific Waters 2 years – Canadian Border.

• Republican Voter since Reagan.

• Joined Republican Party 2022, canvassing precinct voters, door knocking with Campaign information and Bond Issues.

• Scheduled guest speakers to come to Legislative District 19 meeting

• Created Power Point presentation on Voter Registration

• Secured meeting locations and Chairman of Hospitality Committee providing refreshments for members and guests

• Supporter of Grace Chapel, Benson, Arizona

• A True Constitutional Conservative - God & Country - Red White & Blue

• Volunteer Firefighter / First Responder / over the hill rescues with ropes for 7 years Tuolumne County, Calif.

• Contracted Acute Mylo Leukemia (Cancer) in 2014 braving treatments for over a year and half.

 

I Am Proud to serve on the Legislative District 19 Republican Committee Executive Board and do my part in the fight to combat ensuing communism.

It’s a privilege for me to serve on Legislative District 19’s Executive Committee and do my part within this 5-county community. Though I’ve only been a part of the ExCom since March, I’ve been active as a Precinct Committeeman in my local community since moving to Arizona in 2019.  Most of my days currently involve trying to keep Arizona red and the country out of the hands of the crazies on the Left. I’ve been called persistent, persevering and flexible. Let’s hope those traits work for all of us in getting the job done this year.

 

At different times I’ve held titles like Executive Secretary, Title Assistant, Sales Associate; Resort Manager; Professor and Technical Engineer V, but mostly, I’ve been an educator, teaching from Early Childhood to at Risk students in junior high to Post Graduate courses in English, Technical Writing and Composition. My most treasured titles, though, are Mom and Grams. 

 

After raising 5 children (3 stepchildren), in 1992, I earned a B.A. in English (Western Washington University), adding a B.A. in Education (George Fox University -1993), and a M.A. in Technical Writing and Editing (Portland State University -  specializations in assessment and curriculum design - 2002).
